I had a great experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Deerfield. Great customer service. The cakes were delicious. I appreciated the Gluten Free Cake option.
Awesome Thai restaurant! We have been going here for a couple of years and it is great! My wife has celiac disease, they are very accommodating and she never gets sick. Jimmy and the rest of staff are incredibly friendly and the service is very good. We often do take out and they even meet you at the curb. Highly recommended!
Just a little upset because every time I order from this store online they forget the gluten free bun I pay extra for as I have an allergy which is already an inconvenience as is. I made a complaint last time and they did it again. So sad. They also did the same thing on 2/1/24 with the GF bun and a milkshake
I had a great experience at scrambled, I'm gluten free, my only gripe was the GF toast I think is in the same toaster as the normal toast, and as someone with Celiac's, it wasn't a good decision for me to get without asking.
Our server was very helpful and nice regardless, we will be going back. (Just avoiding the toast)
The food is wonderful, but the only reason we come back is due to the wonderful service Ali gives. He has redeemed this restaurant in our eyes. Great attitude by Ali, knowledgeable, he remembered us and my gluten allergy. Fantastic bartender and server, as well as being conscientious of his customers needs.
We appreciate the fact the store has gluten free ice cream and according to my granddaughter Amelia all the flavors are fantastic. Samuel my grandson had the mint chip and absolutely loved it we will definitely be back again.
I ordered carry out baked potato with veggies & grilled chicken. Restauant is very cleans & nice outdoor seating. So refreshing to have some gluten-free options for carry out. That potato was bigger than my head - 2 meals. Wish there was a McAlister Deli in the Skokie area.
What a local gem! The menu was extensive and gluten friendly. So many delicious Italian dishes to choose from.
My pesto risotto with scallops was divine. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and a sizeable portion. You will likely leave with leftovers.
Also, excellent drinks! I got an aperol spritz and the house chianti. Both excellent.
Can we talk about the dessert: I mean just look at the picture. Every classic Italian sweet you could desire. The lemon cake disappeared quickly, the tiramisu shortly to follow. The carrots cake was moist and delicious. And who doesn't love an Italian cookie?!
The service was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly. It's clearly a local staple. We were there on a Sunday and it was hopping!
Also such cool artwork around the perimeter of the restaurant. Take a look and grab a bite! You won't be disappointed.
Clearly marked no pita. Salad came in with little pieces of bread that my child accidentally swallowed. My child is gluten sensitive and we are dealing with a reaction. Never again! Total incompetence!!!
