Really good pizza, salads, and pastas. Gluten free 9" thin crust available, as well as regular thin and thick crusts. The Florentine pizza is really yummy.
Justin is such a positive and friendly server, treats everyone like family!
Love!!!!! Wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Grab and go cooler is usually well stocked alothough sometimes not much of a variety. Would appreciate more gluten free options that are also plant based so I can have the option of warm foods. I do love, the overnight oats, baked tofu, and the tofu bowls. Gluten free vegan desserts would also be a great addition. I used to get your chocolate chip cookies and cashew mac when visiting but since I can no longer have gluten I have to skip. Usually I pack my own food now but love to treat myself to something from the co-op when I have the dietary option to do so. Keep up all the great stuff you do in the community! See you next Friday!
Wide selection, I appreciated the variety of gluten free options. Yet not too large that you have to walk to much to get what you need. Clean and organized
First time dining here. Excellent service from Jake. Very kind and helpful. I do gluten free. Jake was good enough to take time and help me out and explain things to me. Definitely will come back.
I was working at the Union all day with no lunch. This made me nervous as I am gluten free due to Celiac disease and got pretty hungry. Maize is a godsend for the GF community. My only issue is that my carne asada was pretty fatty. Food was good otherwise. I got traditional carne asada tacos with chips that were included and green salsa. Price was great! Total was $9 something and I tipped, bringing me to $10 something.
The staff are so kind. Great food, but make sure you ask for spice if you want it! They are able to tell you which dishes they can do gluten free, but I recommend the chicken skewers with peanut sauce and the Chicken Pad Thai.
They have an unwich, I love that they have it as my partner is gluten free and can't have bread. It's awesome they offer that option, and that it's really tasty! For bread eaters the bread is also tasty and the ingredients are fresh.
Great people! Comfortable atmosphere. Family fruendly. The staff is very attentive and catered to our every need. Never had to ask for refills. The first bar/pool hall that had several gluten free options on the menu. Clean environment.Very nice pool tables and corn hole games.
Will definitely come back!
Must try flan. You might have to call in a day ahead, as it flies off the shelves. Small hurdle to get over, this flan is worth every penny and minute of waiting.
Also got the Jibarito the other day, a sandwich in between two fried slices of plantain. As someone who cannot digest gluten all too well, I appreciated this dish and recommend you get it too.
We(our church group) came all the time when it was Urbana Gardens. Their staff that they had before and the new staff, are kind, thu k ahead, adaptable and smile a lot. The furnishings are fab. They have gluten free bread. YAY. Menu.. I want to eat it all.
