Lovely stop for a hearty breakfast, bring your appetite. The staff are super helpful and friendly. So many delicious choices on the menu. I’m gluten intolerant and they easily answer my questions. It’s always nice as a gf person to have multiple options to choose from. I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. Heavy on the oils though and to be fair I prefer a red sauce on mine. My husband had the special which was lighter on the oils but a big meal. He loved the fried artichokes. We sat at the bar right away and by the time we left there was a lot of people waiting for tables outside. Coffee was great, fresh & I liked that she asked if we preferred a single or double shot. Over all we’d go again in a heartbeat to this small intimate restaurant

This place was a hero in a very hot morning. I’m 7 months pregnant and gluten free- which means when I’m hungry I’m REALLY hungry and not being able to find something I can eat is so awful. We went to tandem based on some recommendations but they had no GF options. All of Twinflower’s pastries were gf and they had gf bread for their breakfast sandwiches. I had the chicken sausage and egg sandwich with cheddar jack and a protein ball. Coffee is better next door, but this place literally rescued me from pregnant hungry crying.
It’s possible this bakery makes GF items once in a blue moon, but most Google reviews (and personal experience) indicate it’s very rare. Unfortunately they don’t answer the phone when you call to see if they have anything available that day. Skip it, it’s too sad to look at all the gorgeous items and know you can’t have anything.
