My wife and I caught a whiff of this place when we were walking by, smelled like waffle cones! We had to stop. My wife had a gluten free, dairy free vanilla ice cream that she says was the best one shes tried. I tried a chocolate chip cookie that was about the size of my head. Great spot for a treat. Staff was very friendly.

My sister is gluten-free and has celiac. We asked for a gluten-free menu which the waitress gave us.. She said everything was gluten-free and she was able to order off that menu. She ordered clam chowder, a Caesar salad and french fries. We asked several times if the clam chowder and the french fries were gluten-free the waitress assured us it was. When the food was delivered, we asked that Again, is this gluten-free she said that the soup was but the french fries were not. The waitress again came over and we asked for the fourth time is this all gluten-free and she said yes it is And they assured her everyone with celiac is able to eat everything off of the gluten-free menu. Apparently the french fries were not gluten-free. They were fried In the same oil With gluten product. My sister had already eaten two french fries.FYI She became ill that night. I asked Our waitress to speak with the general manager four times!!!! Four times she said that she was too busy serving drinks and Running food. They gave my sister a free dessert for her troubles. That GM should’ve been over there The first Mention of a problem!! I guest should not have to ask four times to speak with With her, and she STILL didn’t come over! Poor management. Wait staff not knowledgeable on the food they serve…… Someone can become deathly ill with a mistake like that. If you’re running a restaurant and you have a gluten free menu a guest should not have to question whether the items on that menu are Truly gluten-free!
Again, I asked to speak with the GM four times and I was denied. Very angry. And my sister suffered that evening because of your lack of knowledge on what you’re serving in your restaurant. A free dessert does not compensate for a GM that is not available and gluten food items were served to a customer with celiac. That could be deadly
