Very good. Especially for what is a pizzeria with a dinning area.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Some kids working, but still good. Great food. Large portions. Really large. Perhaps too large. Gluten free options for my wife.
Cons: A bit noisy. The place could use some sound absorbing material. Also perhaps a bit understaffed. I went up to the waiter's stand and got our napkins and utensils. We were there on a Sunday night, when it wasn't busy at all. I wonder what it would be like when it is....

The Edge is a neighborhood restaurant to us and we have always loved it there, however, we went tonight and were blown away by all of the new menu additions especially the gluten free options, We always feel welcome when Taylor is the hostess! She always makes us feel welcome and Zach was so great as bartender. We sat at the bar and just had an amazing time. Were thrilled and surprised that an old friend,, Tomardo, was performing. Just going to say we went to a very “in” restaurant last night in Red Bank and although the food was good, The Edge topped it with the great drinks and new menu. Can’t wait to go back!

The food is a bit pricey so I would recommend this place for a special family occassion. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fast. I have Celiac Disease so I have to follow a Gluten Free diet. I was very pleased when they told me they could pretty much make anything on the menu for me Gluten free.
