I have legitimately never had a bad experience here before. The staff are really nice and the light behind their eyes hasn't died yet even though this is a food service job. The employees always go out of their way to make my experience better. I also have severe food allergies (celiac disease) and aftef specifying I have never been cross-contaminated. There have been a few mistakes (2) where they served me rolls with my food (which happens! it's completely normal, not their fault at all. muscle memory, really) and whenever I bring it up to them they're *incredibly* apologistic and remake the order. I also have a friend who works here and she is the only person I've ever met who doesn't hate their food service job.
Seriously, this place rules, or else I wouldn't have taken the time to review it.

It is a garbage plate. This is a good thing. You pick from an assortments of meats and sides and they are all piled together and then covered with a meat sauce gravy concoction.
They staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Though not listing specific gluten free options on the menu, the staff helped us build a meal for a celiac having member of our party.

My friends threw me a small baby sprinkle at Red Bird. I had told them I wanted a “tea party theme” and this place was beyond perfect for that! Everything was set up so beautifully! Even the food was presented so nicely!!
The selection of tea was wonderful! We all got to pick our own tea cup from a large variety. The food was delicious!!!! Accommodations were made for me and a couple guests who are gluten free, which was so gracious! I can really tell that the owner just wanted us to have a good time, with how accommodating she was to our requests. They were so hospitable and provided outstanding service. I had the most AMAZING baby sprinkle here, and I will be back! My friends and I are already planning our next visit 😄!
