I ordered apples and a Mcdouble with no bun (gluten allergy) and they happily put the burger in a mcnugget box for me without any issues. You would be surprised how often not wanting a bun has become an issue at other locations...

I spoke with the very nice owner. He showed us the gluten-free items. This made my daughter happy because her family is gluten-free. There was more than enough delicious food served by great friendly folks. We Texans enjoyed the warm hospitality.
