Have been here in the past so when husband said let go there didn't think twice. My meal was Red Robin Cheese Burger on gluten free bun with fresh. The bun was not toasted or warm. The burger was cold and not done to medium very pink. The whole sandwich was soggy! The fresh where cold. When I requested hot fry waitress never appeared back until another employ came and asked if everything was OK. Again told him I would like HOT fry. He brought immediately. Then after I started eating again the other waitress brought fry. At this point my husband just looked . He had Rib meal which was ok but cold slaw was not fresh! will think twice before going there again When previously have gone it was hot fresh etc. This time it was awful. Consistancy is a problem.

I attended a surprise retirement party in Nov. 2024. This place was amazing! The space was huge, the staff was welcoming and very accommodating and the food and display was excellent. The bartenders were so friendly and personable -they catered to all requests and had a specialized drink menu just for the occasion named for the honoree. I had a gluten allergy, and our hostess Tara made sure to give me several options of meals I could have prepared with no hesitation. A great time was had by all in attendance. I would definitely go back when in the area to experience the fire pit! Well done!

I tried to place an order several weeks before Christmas for Christmas cookies and was told they could not accommodate my request…I wasn’t sure why because the person I spoke to practically hung up on me…
I let it go because it’s busy/the holidays.
Then I was planning to attend their Mothers Day cake decorating event and they reached out to me to confirm…I let them know I was still planning to attend and just wanted to make sure they would still have a gluten free cake available but if not it wouldn’t be a problem and I could do a regular cake. Literally a few minutes after that they told me they had decided to “close” the class…it didn’t sell out or anything they just didn’t want to be bothered. It is my first Mother’s Day without my mom and she loved cake decorating and that was why I wanted to go. They only care about their customers apparently if they are NFL wives
