The food here was outstanding! We were bummed we tried it on our last day visiting Belmont but it was amazing!
We had a large group 7 people on a Saturday morning but we were seated right away which was awesome! Our server was very attentive and did a great job. The atmosphere is cute and welcoming. This restaurant does not have a cook they truly have chefs!! One great thing I noticed off the bat was all the gluten free options which is great for us because my husband has an allergy to it.
We ordered French toast, chocolate chip pancakes, corned egg hash with eggs and gluten free toast, avocado toast (which my father in law raved about) waffle with fruit and eggs bacon and grits and I had a special chicken and a biscuit. It was a wonderful meal we all throughly enjoyed!!

Hands down best gluten free pizza. We have been here each week to try a new pizza since opening. There hasn’t been a pizza my husband and I don’t love! Highly recommend stone fired social. Atmosphere, food, and drinks 12/10!
Great service with delicious food and cocktails! I am very sensitive to gluten and did not have any issues eating here ❤️. The jailhouse next door has delicious cocktails in an awesome atmosphere but food comes from the Old Stone kitchen. Between the two, I've managed to have four meals without getting poisoned with gluten contamination. THANK YOU!
First time ordering their sausage (gluten-free crust) pizza. Since sausage topping pieces are quite large balls they appeared not evenly distributed. So they were kind enough to remake it at no cost for me. Love that chairs and table are there to sit on. Staff are refreshingly friendly and pleasant to talk with. They stop everything and look you in the eye and really listen. When they hear you walk in they let you know they'll be right there to attend to you. It's a long drive from my home but it's so scenic towards Belmont from West Charlotte. I'll have to sit and eat there at one of my next visits.
Really great Gluten Free options that were delicious including having GF soy sauce and several rolls (not just bland tuna, really well made tasty gf rolls). We will be back again.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the menu and general questions about the dishes we ordered. We were walk-ins without reservations at 5pm & they accommodated us immediately. & this during restaurant week as the next guest in line mentioned. Once we made our selections which were a variety of appetizers (see photos) for two of us to share + soup & a side our meal came out very quickly. Plus the dessert menu was oh so tempting... we ordered the loukoumades. Very tasty & warm honey flavored yumminess. Next time I'll leave room for the loukou-waffle or the gluten free chocolate torte! A bit pricier than expected but the service staff & atmosphere (greek music playing at a great level that allows easy conversation) made for a memorable experience.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because it is always good to leave room for improvement!
They don’t offer a lot of GF options, but the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten. I got the pimento cheese appetizer with veggies and the Angry Cowpig burger, which was amazing!! The GF bun was really good as well. 9 times out of 10 I discard the bun, but I ate it all.
My wife is gluten intolerance and the staff were considerate to this and had no problem preparing her food for this condition. The waitress was super nice and the food was awesome!
We tried this place out to support a local business as our usual coffee shop was closed after Christmas and we had heard lots of great things.
It's ok. My husband said his coffee (brewed) was ok, only slightly better than most hotels and it wasn't that hot...ouch. I had a golden chai, it was nice - but again, it wasn't overly hot, so after it cooled off I didn't drink it.
I did like the pastry selection that they had, we didn't purchase anything but they looked great with lots of vegan and gluten free options.
There isn't a lot of seating options inside, we were able to find a spot but this seems odd for a coffee shop. I always like to drink my coffee and take in the atmosphere, but that's just me. Maybe they are more of the grab and go model?!
I will probably give it a second try in the future, it wasn't a bad experience, I just wasn't blown away.
Once again, I am blown away by the customer service and the wonderful food available for a person with a condition that makes it almost impossible to enjoy fast food. Chick-fil-A does an incredible job of supplying a gluten-free bun that actually tastes like a bun. Along with that, the customer service is spot on and over and above what is to be expected. Once again, thank you.
Went with a friend Saturday for lunch. The food is amazing and fast. Waitstaff is very attentive and warm. Gluten free options available and delicious. The sweet tea is also perfect. We had a wonderful time. 5/5
Delicious and vegan! This is a win for me when I want something sweet. I wish they had gluten free rolls b/c I have a gluten allergy but honestly it’s worth the risk lol. They have a variety of desert options but the cinnamon rolls are the best rolls I’ve ever had even prior to going vegan.
This is a wonderfully simple, old-fashioned style ice cream shop. Their gelato is fresh, rich, and creamy. They have 4 gluten-free options as well as sorbet. Their flavors rotate weekly and are unique. You can tell the owners put time and much thought into developing each one. Our friend's daughter has Celiac disease, and they knew exactly how to serve her, stating that the owner made sure they were all trained in how to serve people who have such needs. This shop is now a MUST stop each time they visit us. It's a great addition to our thriving downtown!!
Awesome atmosphere and delicious food! The bar has a speakeasy vibe 😍 I had no trouble ordering gluten free after the bar tender confirmed with the cooks. Steak and cheesy grits with a wedge salad(no onion straws) -super delicious! Hubby said his burger was amazing also.
What a great experience. Ordered and said no toast because of gluten issues, the young lady behind the counter politely inquired if I was skipping bread or wanted gluten free. Great breakfast. Staff was a delight.
