I have been going to Jersey Mike's for many years now. It's always a great experience. Since I started going there I have developed a serious wheat allergy and eating out can be precarious. However Jersey Mike's really has it down pat. They wear gloves use separate utensils even a separate mayonnaise bottle. The gluten-free sub roll is placed right on the sub rapper and made on it, no cross-contamination, never had a flare up from eating there.. It's just a great place :-) definitely recommend it to anybody who's celiac ❣️
Dylan was very helpful. We were happy with the food. The manager came out and assured us that the food was gluten free. They were prompt, accurate and caring. Thanks Dylan for a great dining environment.
They were short staffed, running behind, half of my food was cold. My daughter can’t have gluten and was told they’d use white rice instead of rice pilaf. They didn’t wind up having white rice and instead of asking what she’d like to do, they brought it out with no rice at all which was actually okay except they put it on the pilaf, scooped it off, then plated it so when she got to the bottom of her meal and saw bits of the pilaf it was too late and she wound up in the bathroom half the night.
Got handmade with 3 toppings, it was a special deal so it wasn't as much money. My spouse loved it and I got the Gluten free with 3 toppings. As with any Gluten free baked good, it's best eaten right away. I had 2 pieces in parking lot before pulling out, lol, and they were fabulous. It was semi warm by time I got home, about 40 min later, and it was still good but was terrible next day. Next time I'll eat mine in parking lot, lol, I live too far away.
Told my daughter that we will have her wedding dinner here (small group). They actually have Gluten Free options, and are completely understanding of my health issue that causes the intolerance. I highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be sorry, you have to try it!
