I am only giving 3 stars for a big reason. My family enjoyed theirs tremendously and would probably give 5, mine personally was a 1, but I'll average at a 3. I review for gluten free options. I was advised of separate prep and reassured of precautions.
Problem 1-- food was delivered with other food by th3 same person, hit sausage sub and my gluten free pasta in the same hand.
Problem 2-- still need clarification if the gf minestrone had the same "noodles" as the wedding soup, because they both looked like orzo, not sure if it was aborio rice?
Problem 3-- I was so sick from cross contamination that I threw my left overs away and was sick in bed for 14 hours.
We spent $200 and my family would love to go back, but for my health, unfortunately my last trip. They need alot of help and explanations of how to manage gluten free for medical conditions like myself.

Don’t go here if you have a gluten allergy, they were disgustingly insensitive to this. I worked for a very successful family owned restaurant for 13 years and couldn’t imagine being so insensitive to a paying customer over an allergy. I always believe in only supporting locally/family owned businesses, not chain restaurants. But I will never be a customer here again. I’ve lived in the area for 5 years and have ordered from the brick house since the first week living in the area! We’ve ordered takeout, dined in, always brought friends and family there! We’ve spent thousands there.
We were having friends over and like I said, brick house WAS one of our go to places so we decided to place a pick up order! On the phone I explained that the burger was for somebody with a gluten allergy and asked if we could get broccoli instead of fries with the burger with no bun. I was told no, which is totally fine! I get it! But then the girl said we could get onion rings or coleslaw instead. So I just said onion rings(for somebody else to eat since it apparently came with it) and then asked to pay extra for the side of broccoli(for the friend with the gluten allergy who was eating the burger) which was totally fine. But I asked that the onion rings please be in a separate container because the person eating the burger had an allergy and the onion rings couldn’t touch the burger…………. Of course I got home and gave the food to my friend and she opened it the box and the onion rings were in it. She was just going to throw the food away and not eat it. But that’s ridiculous, I paid $85 for the food and explained the situation to them on the phone so the least they could do is fix THEIR MISTAKE. So I called and asked them to fix this and the man on the phone was a complete a***hole to me. He was more worried about the fact that I got onion rings instead of fries (after his employee offered them?!?!)!!!! I just wanted broccoli as a side and was more than willing to pay for it which I did. Again I worked in this kind of environment, and I was a manager for the last 5 years and I got imagine treating somebody like this over a gluten allergy. I would have been beyond apologetic. With all that being said, I will NEVER be back.
