Did very well with a large party. Nice evening ambiance with low lighting. There’s a gluten free menu and they’re great with allergies. Thanks for the awesome service and good food!
The menu was so creative and very accommodating to different needs (alcohol free, gluten free, vegan/vegetarian), and the service was absolutely incredible and so friendly! I can’t wait to give it another try!
We enjoyed building our own pizza. Fast service and great food. The staff was very friendly. They did a great job explaining how they prepare their gluten free pizzas.
I can’t recommend this place enough, I have celiac and have eaten here quite a few times without any problems all the food is made fresh nothing prepackaged. Everything I have tried is the best I’ve had in Cleveland whether a burger, sandwich or omelette the owner/chef ms.Renee cooks for you and treats you much more like a guest in her home than a customer in her restaurant! If you try it you surely won’t be disappointed.
This is the only restaurant I will eat at all because my food allergies. I have a very sensitive celiac problem and I never have problems with anything I order. Service is always excellent
First off, I have Celiac Disease. Eating out at restaurants can be incredibly difficult.
Layla was very knowledgeable and helpful about procedures while being graciously patient and reassuring as I asked questions. So rarely are we me with such astute assistance and I wish more restaurants would educate their staff as they have. She marked everything clearly in the order, went to the back to be sure that the kitchen was aware, and our order was promptly brought to the table by a freshly-gloved member of the kitchen whose job, I presume, isn't to run the food. An informed restaurant is worth it's weight in gold to a Celiac and my partner and I will be adding this location to our very small circuit of places we can eat at safely.
First time to eat at this great blue plate restaurant and all the other reviews and the pictures of the food verify and solidify that it's All Good!! We enjoyed the catfish plate, the chicken livers plate, and also the grilled chicken salad bowl so much and was grateful for finding and trying this wonderful place in Cleveland, Tn on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. They also offered a large variety of gluten free meals and sides well marked on their menu. We'll be back ASAP, just delicious food, period!!
I love the fresh food! I know i am getting real food and no crap in my meal. I appreciate our local Chipotle as they are my go-to for a filling meal. They always take precautions to ensure my food is not cross contaminated with gluten, and I am grateful! For me it's a medical priority. Thanks for making food enjoyable to me.
I stopped in with a group of high school girls who have never been here before. They loved it! I have a severe gluten intolerance and McAlister’s went above and beyond to make sure there wasn’t any cross contamination. The food was great and the girls loved it!
We went there today with some friends and we had a delightful time! The food is fresh, tasty and presented in a timely manner 🙂🙂
The market and deli store itself is a walk back in time.........with a variety of items for sale, nostalgic environment, clean and fresh!!!! The manager and staff were welcoming, friendly and told us some stories behind some of the items there!!!! If you are looking for a wonderful place to meet with your friends and family, this cutest place is where you need to go!!!! They have veggie sandwiches and gluten free items!!!
Got the Kim Jong Yumm tacos with corn tortillas, and noted that I had a gluten allergy while placing my order. When my tacos arrived the server informed me that the kitchen staff had chosen to put the sauce on the side (in small cups) because some of the ingredients had the possibility of cross contamination. This attention to detail is so very much appreciated and incredibly reassuring as a GF (soon to be repeat) customer.
The door dash options may lead you to believe this is a gf option.. I ate it several times over a three week stay in Cleveland TN because I was so excited to have a gf option.. I am celiac.. I was breaking out and becoming sick and couldn't figure out why til I called and spoke to the store
I'm back in Cleveland this month for work..
They still have not fixed this option its been almost a month since I reported it !!!!!
Please beware!!!!!!! Dos Bros do better !!!!
Chicken was rubber-like, could not cut with knife (undercooked) sent back did not return till meal was over. Question whether gluten-free was really gluten-free cause I was sick before meal ended. Be careful!
Asked for gluten free and they gave me croutons. Remade it with raw chicken. My husband went back up and they fought him about it. We used to love this place. Never coming back again.
My wife and i have gluten allergies. They are extremely accommodating, and able to make most dishes gluten free. Their food is amazing and we will definitely be eating here often. Price to proportion makes you feel like you're stealing. Go here to get absolute authentic Tai cuisine. Keep this business in business!
Haven't rated my fav restaurant in a while, but I heard about a rating they received which was unfounded!!!
I have been eating here for years. I love their food. Other restaurants in the area have had foreign objects in my food! Mostly without apology. I have never ever experienced that at Tako Yaki! The staff is super friendly. Food is always the same...great!!! They give you a lot, which of course, my husband loves. Best sweet tea in town. They never let my cup run dry. They bring extra napkins without being asked. The manager explained what happened with the review when we asked. Ridiculous circumstances! He is great. The most hard working conscientious restaurant manager I have ever met. I am gluten intolerant and they make me a special plain meal every time, but they also have gluten free soy sauce available! We eat here twice per week. Just completely remodeled and very clean inside. You have to try this place!!! If you are avoiding due to the news, ignore those sensationalists, ridiculous! They are just trying to make a story someone cares about! Why would trust a reporter these days? Find out for yourself.
Sorry I thought about taking the pics after we had eaten some! Hahaha
I forgot I just had sushi here last Sunday. It was great! I even mistakenly ordered some that had gluten and Joon, the manager, came by and said, “Don’t eat that it might have wheat in the mock crab!” He knows I can’t eat wheat. He checked the ingredients and sure enough it had wheat in it! I didn’t know and he remade it for me!!! They are the best!
We have a ridiculous amount of mexican restaurants in Cleveland, but Tres will always be my favorite. The food is always good, the service is quick, and as someone with gluten allergies I have personally never gotten sick when ordering things with corn only tortillas.
I love cake but have a gluten sensitivity and I'm on a weightloss journey! It was my birthday and I ordered a 6 inch gluten free cake! It was so beautiful and literally the best gluten free cake I have ever eaten! Several others tasted it as well and said you couldnt tell a difference and it was sooo moist!!! I would highly recommend them!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Cafe!
I stopped by Tootie Sue Cafe and picked up two Cafe Americanos and two spinach, bacon, and cheese quiche, and I have to say – everything was incredible!
☕ The coffee was a perfect medium-to-bold brew, served at just the right temperature, smooth and full of flavor.
🥧 The quiche? Exquisite. A light, flaky crust with super flavorful ingredients—this quiche has chops!
🏡 The atmosphere is just as great as the food. Beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. The pastry counter was fully stocked with a great variety—including gluten-free options!
🍽️ The menu is packed with delicious breakfast and lunch choices, making it hard to decide what to try first.
🛋️ Seating is ample, perfect for a quick bite, a sit-down chat, or even hosting a meeting in their rentable back room. Parking was easy, and service was fast and efficient.
👨🍳 The owners were so kind and passionate about their business, and it truly shows in every detail.
If you haven’t checked out Tootie Sue Cafe yet, you’re missing out! Highly recommend—5 stars!
My new comfort food is their pupusas. Gluten free I believe. Freshly prepared, served with tomato salsa, and curtido (lightly spicy fermented cabbage slaw). And so hot! It is traditional to eat this national dish of El Salvador by hand - a delicate touch for the fresh off the griddle hot yumminess.
Nice selection. Sugar free options too. Pumpkin muffin was hot and very tasty. They had a blueberry and gluten free option, but we didn’t try those two.
Cracker barrel is one of those places that just feel like home. You know you'll have great service and eat good food. It's also safe for people with #Celiac Disease like my wife. She gets the grilled chicken strip and never has a problem.
