I googled “Gluten-free breakfast near me.” What a delight to find the Simpl Cafe! My breakfast was delicious - nothing simple about it! I had an egg and cheese sandwich with a fabulous GF sauce and toasted GF bread! The GF grits were the best I had ever tasted! The coffee was great. We sat at a picnic table and enjoyed the flowing river nestled in nature. I met another person there with celiac disease. She told me she can have ZERO gluten and she loves to safely eat at the Simpl Cafe. The cafe reopened in March after the devastating hurricane-type flooding in September, 2024. I met two employees who were both fabulous. It is so hard to find GF food, and to not only find it, but to find DELICIOUS GF food is a complete miracle! I can still taste the food! What a great find!!!♥️

My husband and I just left and it’s Christmas Eve and Itako was one of the only places open. They were SLAMMED 2 Servers and a Cashier working as a third server as possible. We waited about 10 minutes and were kindly seated. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. We had our food and drinks within five minutes of sitting down. Impeccable food. We had chicken Teriyaki. Bathrooms decently clean as well. New favorite place!! 💗 she did mention that you can order gluten free if you don’t get rice, noodles, or sauce!

Haven't had a G.F. Pizza in forever. Just down the road from Hartford, TN....The ladies behind the counter were great! We ordered our pizza, they kept us in the loop as to how much time we had until it was finished. It was delish!! Wish they had a gluten free option, but it's only a preference with me so I binged! Thanks ladies - It was great!
