When you live with several food allergies finding desserts you can enjoy without making them yourself is challenging. My husband and I found JodyCakes and decided to order cupcakes as a sample for our baby shower….. we cannot wait to have JodyCakes making cupcakes/cake for our dessert! We went with the Swedish butter cake with chocolate icing… they are to die for! And even bigger win- our family who also sampled them with us don’t have allergies and LOVED them! My allergies are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Soy Free and our cupcakes catered to all three!

I came with my family for an early bday lunch and we had such wonderful service. I have celiacs disease and the server informed me (after I told him to bring the bread separate and not have it touch anything) that the BBQ platter had a meat item with wheat in it. He then proceeded to bring me a gluten free menu and made sure to bring all my foods separate from my family’s. His name was Rahul and he was such a friendly and accommodating server. He didn’t make me feel like I was difficult for having my disease. The food was amazing and the environment is nice. Only downside is tiny bathrooms haha

The signage is only a step above speakeasy so helpfully they’ll get signs visible from the street out soon. Lots of gluten free options including the fresh made dips 😋 jalapeño was excellent. The owner is personally knowledgeable on GF. Once your there they have a surprising amount in a small space. Freshly baked bread on Friday when I was there.
