We travel a lot and this is the first Blaze location that didn't have a separate red sauce for the gluten-free crust to avoid cross contamination. Otherwise great employees and food.

Young man with name that starts with a “J” (I think), works the register and takes orders. His service on a Monday lunch was phenomenal! Very personable, and offers great recommendations. I ordered gluten free pizza with no cheese, and somehow it was STILL AMAZING. Young man said that I can bring vegan cheese in to accommodate my dietary restrictions! Will definitely be back!

I have been to a fogo in Queens, NY and now one in Houston, TX.Houston has queens beat! Had a great time at Fogo while in houston. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly. Our main waiter, Chris, was great! Super fun and knowledgeable. My wife has a gluten allergy and he was able to seek the help she needed to make sure she had a great experience. If you go try everything at least once. If they have honey to pour on it do it! The grilled cheese with honey is AMAZING!

Horrible all the way around. Starting with the older guy who took my order for a well done Gluten Free pizza. Came back barely cooked. Dough was raw. No friendly staff either. For those prices...never again will I eat at this place. They acted if they didn't have a care in the world when it came to customers service.
