Laid back burger joint in the heart of Old Rosenberg. I recommend the #6 Bacon Cheeseburger. They have gluten free buns but cross contamination may be an issue as they do NOT have a dedicated fryer. The sweet potatoe fries are a dream.

Our server Johnathan was wonderful and Very attentive he made our dinner flawless. Also, followed by manager Mike who insured my allergy to gluten was handled with Great care. Mike himself brought my food out himself so there wouldn’t be any mixups! We had a wind evening and felt service and food was great!!! Definitely coming here again!

A great place to get a full healthy meal or a alternative side dish. This was my first time going to Solata and I was very impressed with all of their options. Not only so they have different lettuce bases like kale and spinach - they also so many topping you can make it however you like. This would fit most life styles (vegetarian, vegan, keto, pescatarian, gluten free etc) and the meat options are various seasoned chicken or seafood (which do cost extra as shown on their pricing labels). Don't be afraid to ask for an extra scoop of your favorite topping, especially non meat toppings since they won't cost you!

Awesome job as always. Although they could be more careful with the gluten free pizzas. I have gotten sick on one. It really is a gamble. For the most part is a good experience

I’m excited for this restaurant to open, I love Indian food but I have Celiac. A lot of Indian dishes are naturally gluten free but most restaurants do a poor job of marking them so it’s hard to know what’s safe. Will you have a gluten free menu or gluten free items marked on the menu?
