The good news: they have gluten free options. The bad news, the food was not great. I got the orange chicken and it tasted like it came from a box, with very little taste. The honey walnut shrimp was ok. Normally the walnuts are candied, these were just out of the bag. I didn't get sick, so everything was prepared gluten free, but I won't eat here again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants!! Vessel is a great spot for those who are on specific diets like dairy free, gluten free, vegan, etc. They clearly label foods so you know what you're getting. I've tried so many combinations and it's always delicious. Honestly! I love that they use cleaner ingredients, whole/fresh foods which makes for flavorful, delicious meals that don't weigh you down. I also love that their water cups are stainless steel & they have purified water for all patrons. They also offer Olipop, my fav probiotic soda. If you're health conscious you'll enjoy eating here! Dinner was delightful. I requested a gluten free menu as we entered, as I find they are often an extra menu, separate from the main menu. The server was warm and friendly and guided me through the digital device holding said Gluten Free menu.
My gluten allergy is milder, but comes with various other allergies and intolerances making eating out incredibly challenging, so I don't often do it. Staff was wonderful and supportive, and the manager himself came out to verify the ingredients in the pasta, and ultimately explained in explicit detail how the dish I ordered, is made, and confirmed that it would be safe. They made me feel welcome and only expressed sincere concern my health and safety. Highly highly impressed at the diligence and warmth of the service. Would, 100%, recommend and will happily return again. I had the Chicken Marsala, with the Gluten Free Rotini in lieu of potatoes, and was able to remove the stuffed portion which contained various items on my restrictive diet. The sauce was oh so very good, the mushrooms, perfection, the chicken was delightful... There are not words to express what a great experience Genesis, our server, and Trent, the manager, made this meal for us.

Don't walk, RUN to go check this place out. From the food to the ambiance to the customer service...literally phenomenal! We eat gluten free and they were so accommodating to our requests. Easily the best Thai restaurant Iāve been to EVER!!
The food is amazing every time and extremely authentic. Their menu is extensive with many options. I have a gluten allergy and theyāve always been accommodating of that.
Highlights on their menu in opinion (as a chef): Panang curry, Steamed Mussels, Spring Rolls, Coconut soup, and their coconut ice cream. My boyfriend isnāt gf and he loves their golden chicken.
Prices are reasonable and you get a healthy portion of food, especially with their lunch special!
