This food was so good and they were able to accommodate my requests for gluten-free and dairy-free food. The dishes smelled incredible and I was delighted that they tasted even better! Spice level, salt level, and the whole bouquet of flavors was all very impressive and great. Delight is a great name for this place! Highly recommend.

Having celiac disease greatly diminishes the amount of places where I can eat. Having gluten free options doesn’t always mean celiac friendly. I’ve eaten here several times with no issues! I just mention my restrictions when ordering and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure there is no cross-contamination. The food is delicious! I’m making my way through the menu that’s available to me, but I’m stuck on the Buddha boi (as a bowl, no wrap). The peanut sauce is so amazing and I crave it on a regular basis. Decent portions, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Guy Fieri approved, too!!!

We ordered the stir fry chicken with fried rice. This comes with a small house salad and broth from Pho, either vegetable, chicken or pork. Next time I want to try the stir fry with noodles. We also ordered the super duper sushi rolls. The wait was longer than expected because I needed everything gluten free and they actually took the time to have that dedicated cooking. They forgot the sushi, and we had to go back for it. They made it right and even offered to deliver it. Despite this minor detail, I highly recommend Volcano VT! Thank you to the wife, and part owner, for verifying my pronunciation of wishing them a prosperous and healthy Chinese New Year in Mandarin.
