We don't eat out very much due to my wife having Celiac so we tried this sub shop out tonight because they have gluten free options and these sandwiches are amazing. Will definitely be eating here again. Clean, friendly and quick service. Great job to the Beloit Firehouse Subs crew!!
We don't have Culver's where we're at but when we're traveling we enjoy stopping in. This location did not disappoint. As a gluten free (sensitivity) they had a very good gluten free bun and I was able to eat and feel full.
I love that they have organic options and make most of their pastries besides the gluten free bread. The reason I give 4 stars overall and 3 stars on service is due to the baristas aren't well trained. They don't know how to recommend things we'll and they don't make the drinks accurately. My mom gets the cafeterian but couldn't remember what it was called when she went so she tried describing it to them and they gave her an Americano with flavoring no cream nothing. I know because I asked her what they called it. Second for myself you really want to go when the owner is there her drinks always taste great, sweet, well flavored. Where if I go and she's not there its always a hit and miss on the beverages being bitter or not having enough flavor.
The burger was okay. I ordered the Betty bleu with a gluten-free bun but not for celiac. The Burger came on lettuce with no sauce. The bun came separately heated up in a plastic sealed bag. The server was very nice and helpful. She said the bun was on its way and there's no sauce because of cross-contamination but the bottle on the table was the same sauce and I could just put that on my burger. I don't like getting my hot food at a separate time from the rest of my food because I can't eat it right away. The bun came out heated in a plastic bag. I don't like eating things heated in plastic. I'm sure most restaurants do it. She said so they do that for cross-contamination on the grill. But I asked for her to put it on the grill for me anyway and not heated in plastic. So I had to wait for the bun to be made. It turned out tasting good. But I don't like their process.
As a Gluten Intolerant person, this place is AMAZING. From the truffle fries, to the phenomenal gluten free pizza, not to mention the GLUTEN FREE BEER??
Like are you kidding me? My absolute favorite place ๐
We went dine in on Friday, we both know that they are closing at 9.30PM. We are from other city( 2 hours away )and sorry that we couldnโt arrived earlier because we have to wait for our daughter done school. we arrived there 8.50pm and order everything by 9pm. Our server gave us a notice that last call is 9.15pm. Which is mean we still a little time to dine in (am I right)
First of all food. I gave 3 stars because food was ok over load sauces. Waygu was chewy.
Second, serviceโฆ server is nice enough but could tell it did not seem genuine but I asked for soy sauce.. and they probably clean already so our server gave us a gluten free soy sauce instead maybe too much work for them to give me a regular soy sauce.
Last, when we arrived there.. All the staffs gave me a look like ugh โlate customersโ I get it that why we were rush eating and try to get out asap. And we are not plan to go back again.

Patti the general manager did not reply back when I let her know she never sent out the cards it's been 2 weeks unacceptable
Small and cute restaurant with some amazing food. Very attentive to dietary restrictions like gluten free although the options are limited to what is on the menu. Had the pasta brisket ravioli and 10/10 recommend as well as the lamb lollipops. Even the gravy sauce we were told was gluten free. The waitress was the nicest. It's on the expensive side for Beloit and I recommend a reservation if on the weekend or Friday. But I will definitely be back as I want to eat the ravioli again.
