Great meal, the amount of fries in the sharing size was practically a full meal on its own. I’m gluten free and the gf bun was really good. Really good time, would recommend.
Intereseting concept: Converted canning operation building. Pleasant atmosphere. Loud, but not so much that we could not hold a conversation. Cool reception at best at front door. No one smiling. Hostest was utilitarian; not warm or engaging at all. Waitress was very friendly and warm. Great first contact and initial follow through. Started to slip after that. Ordered appetizer fries. We are glutten free and were assured that they had a seperate fryer for such. Meal arrived, but not the appetizers. We asked and Waitress appologized, went to kitchen, and immediatly returned with the fries. Having an order come that fast (and being as warm as they were) made us worry as to whether this was the gluten free order, or just a regular order grabbed to save time. We risked it, and fortuantely they proved to be the G-frees. We lacked some silverware and needed more napkings - it took a while for us to flag our Waitress down to request them. We also had to wait longer than we expected for drink refills. Food was hot and tastey. Nice selection offered on the menu. When we left, no one offered a "thanks for coming" comment of any type...just looks of acknowlegement that a customer was leaving. The atmosphere and food will bring us back, but if you like a more personalized experience - unless you know someone to ask for specifically, be prepared for a bit of a let down.
Everything about the food at Sugar River is incredible - but a huge shout out to their Steak pizza and the gluten-free crust. I never would have guessed it; it’s so delicious and didn’t feel like I was missing out at all. Everyone was happy with their meal, and I think our server did well considering there were 8 of us. My drink was never empty, and he checked on us several times.
Food was good, servings were okay size, but ratios seemed off (too much rice, not enough beans/meat). I have celiac so gluten is a big concern for me whenever we try to dine out or get takeout and they handled my order perfectly. Very confident in their ability to handle food allergies especially when the restaurant is not busy, I have not seen them in action during a rush. Would be nice to have a little more info on the menu board, but overall a great experience.
Great it has gluten, dairy free options. There was miscommunication between employees and how to handle it. Pizza came after it was time to leave. I did ask twice on how long it would be to wait, so it wasn't for a lack of trying. Will try again, and hope for improvement. Three others in the party had a great experience of the buffet and left very full.
Friendly, helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. However, the only gluten-free items they had were bagels that are toasted in the same toaster as wheat products. Nor for Celiac sufferers!

Nice alternative to other fast food restaurants. I had a very good spicy Tai plate with rice noodles that I requested because of my gluten intolerance. Apparently, all their dishes can have gluten free alternatives. Good to know!
Ordered two value baskets in the drive thru. I found out after seven cars behind me had been served that my order had been given to someone else. No one came out to check on me and had to call to find out that had happened. There were several times cars were struggling to get out from behind me and no one in the drive they thought "I wonder why that car hasn't moved in 20 minutes." I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes and after all of that there was no apology when I received my food. My wife has celiac so she gets a gluten free bun and when I got home she saw that they threw my onion rings in her bag. On top of that, when I opened my burger box the patties weren't even in between the buns.
Yes, it was a very busy night but there are safeguards in place that no mix up should occur when they have your name and order number printed on the ticket on your bag and then they say your name when giving you your food. I can totally understand the waiting times because of how the food is made but that gets completely negated by the lack of care and effort by multiple areas in the restaurant.
I just started ordering from Rosati's in the last month. I have ordered 4 times because it's so good! Tony the delivery guy helps it feel as authentic as it is, Truly Italian pizza. I've ordered the gluten free twice and it's delicious. very consistent service and food, will keep ordering pizza here!
Panda Garden has been one of my favorite spots for years!! (Sun prairie local) The food is great! The people that run it are good people. Try the he fun (thick noodle) and i love the chicken teriyaki and the spring rolls. Dad likes the crab rangoon and sesame chicken. They can do gluten free for Mom too. 8th best chinese food in the nation (they won an award for it) and i agree - certainly best around here!
I took a Friday off and met a friend for breakfast. I have tried many times to come here and they were so busy so I had to leave. But today we got here just in the nick of time.
The food was so good - we ordered way too much. They had gluten free bread and pancakes too. Such a nice breakfast. It got busy after we came but everything seemed to run well. If you go - go early - but you will be happy with the food and service.
Chocolate shoppe has the best ice cream.
So many flavors to choose from. I especially appreciate that they have a gluten free waffle cone. Others in my family love that they offer oat milk ice cream. A great place for everyone!
Best craft root beer I've ever had. I have are here atleast 10 times and the food and customer service gets better everytime I return. Alot of vegan and gluten free options. Yes GLUTEN FREE!!!!!! The beans which are vegan are wonderful. Tip: check menu online. It changes according to the day of the week. I can't wait to use them to cater.
Love their salads and pizza. They offer options, such as gluten free and cauliflower crusts for the pizza and you can add as many toppings to your pizza or salad without additional costs.
Love the atmosphere and our service was great, but our wings were unexpectedly fatty and grizzly.
All wings are gluten free, though, which was a lovely surprise, and they have quite a few seltzers and ciders in bottles.
