Had a fantastic dinner last night, the food was full of fusions that worked so well together.
The menu is seasonal keeping each experience unique and has a variety of dietary conscious offerings (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.)
Portion sizes were perfect.
Service was incredible with social and knowledgeable staff.
Atmosphere was peaceful and unlike anything I have seen in London that I can only describe as a mix of a cocktail bar and art exhibit.
The parking lot for a downtown restaurant was a huge bonus.

First time - as all reviews have commented, lovely new restaurant and excellent flavours in everything we tried. Mango shrimp salad was delicious. Beef pho broth (rare meat and brisket) had outstanding depth of flavour - perfect amount of saltiness. Pictured is the their “medium bowl” which was more than enough for me. Fresh rolls were good also. My wife is celiac and had the chicken soup and she loved it, and did not have any issues. They were able to answer basic questions about which items were gluten free safe. Small recommendation is that be nice to have some gluten free options for soy/hoison/peanut sauces. Will return again :-)

I watched the waitress wipe the table down with water from a used glass she was removing from the table. No disinfectant; just poured some water out of the half drank cup and smeared it around. Disgusting. And this was before the food came. Ordered the veggie sushi combo and was excited for the yam rolls. Never in my life have I been served yam rolls made with yam tempura. Huge disappointment given I eat gluten free so I could not even try it. The imitation crab in the California rolls was mushy and off-putting. The red and white fin tuna was bitter and slimy. Will not be back. Save your money. Go elsewhere.
