We ordered our wedding cake from Seelenschmeichler. First, we tested various fillings. They provided us with a small sample box to take home. There, we could decide at our leisure which flavor we wanted. Afterwards, we had a short, personal conversation about our preferences, the number of guests, etc. Our cake was ultimately stunningly beautiful and incredibly delicious. Everyone loved it; no one had any complaints. We also had a gluten-free cake, which was also very well received. We would make the same decision again anytime!

Christmas brunch today was an absolute disaster! Very unfortunate. Dirty dishes, the rolls were frozen goods and hardly edible. Some of the warm food was already cold in the warming container. We literally had to beg for gluten-free bread. There were only two slices for two people. When we wanted to order again, we had to wait forever. Sometimes half an hour. When we politely asked where the bread was, they just said they had forgotten it. There really wasn't that much going on. When it arrived it was still frozen. You could tell that it was warmed up in the microwave. There are much better alternatives. The desserts were either extremely sweet or mixed with so much starch (the red jelly, for example) that it was no longer edible either. The only thing that was good was the pork fillet and the apple strudel. The waiter who served us at the end and paid us saw our dissatisfaction and tried to salvage it with niceness. But by then it was already too late. We are more than disappointed. Things were much better in the Stuttgart branch last year. Spent almost €150 for bad food and poor service. Too bad. Now I'm no longer surprised that there were few guests for brunch. We definitely won't be going to the brewery again.
