A local gem! We enjoyed our last dinner in Rethymno here tonight and we were absolutely delighted!
We started with the mixed green salad with pomegranate seeds and two kinds of cheese - so light, fresh and flavourful!
I had the shrimp on buckwheat and my hubby had the chicken and potatoes. Both dishes were subtly flavoured and really beautifully cooked and presented.
Our server Anastasia was so lovely and engaging to talk to. She even got us the recipe for the salad dressing!
Our gratis dessert was a whipped yogurt with candied bergamot on top. Such a wonderful unique flavour.
