Very nice place with delicious chai, coffee and tea (ice cream is unfortunately not possible for me due to celiac disease: gluten cross contact). Only disadvantage and why I don't give 5 stars: No smoke-free terrace. Very unfortunate and takes away your appetite if you have to sit in the smell of someone else's smoke. A smoke-free terrace would be great, or else a permanent smoking area on a corner of the terrace, etc. And extra tip: buy 100% gluten-free cakes that you place in a separate display case! E.g. from Rose&Vanilla or Holy Nut. This way everyone can enjoy pastries with you. (These are also lactose-free, refined sugar-free and often nut-free)

This experience was incredible. We have had a few fine dining experiences and Hanasato delivers exactly this in terms of service. The food (and drinks) were an experience in itself. The servers knew exactly what to recommend in terms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to accompany the food. This evening I decided to deal with the gluten/lactose (since the menu is not gluten/lactose heavy), but I heard from the server that they have no problems with intolerances. Can definitely recommend this place!
