My Fiancé has celiacs and Steven who has helped us a couple of times is great about knowing which ingredients are safe for her to eat. Gluten free peeps...THIS is the pizza you crave. Hands down the best GF crust in town. Great spot in downtown Pismo, a quick walk to the pier after...I promise you will be dreaming of this pizza. I usually have to get my own pizza because my family doesn't wish to partake in my cardboard options. Not here! We shared 2 kinds of GF pizza & everyone was happy & not missing the gluten. I'm not sure how they get the chew & crust just right but I'm happy for this witchcraft & will be back for more!
