I have a gluten allergy and their selection of gluten free beer (AND FOOD?!) is excellent. What more could you want. As if that wasn’t enough, I came on a busy evening and thought I’d be waiting in a long line for a beer (it’s a popular spot!). I unknowingly walked past the owner and remarked on the wait. Purchased 320 of these for a grand opening event and they were all individually packaged- but for whatever reason, they did not put on any identifying stickers/logos, so there was no way to tell where they came from, or even what type of cookie it was - even the dozen gluten free ones were not labeled. I contacted Brook who was assisting me with the order (who was great up until this point) and she just had someone at the shop call me back to relay she’d give me 15% off, she didn’t even try to address what had happened or even had the decency to call me back directly.
What a shame, would have been a great FREE marketing opportunity as well.
