This is the first place in Miami that sells yogurt and cassava breads made with an Ecuadorian flavor. I am happy because the flavor is maintained and you get to feel as if you were in your country for a moment. The people who serve you are very friendly. The yucca bread is delicious, it is 100% Ecuadorian. Coconut fat free and gluten free yogurt with mango is my favorite. Excellent tortillas!! My new favorite lunch or breakfast spot in Doral. I am amazed by how consistent and how fresh everything is at this establishment. Every item that I repeatedly order always looks and tastes the same. If there is no consistency you will not be successful. You are always consistent. The gluten free guava cookie is the best I have ever had. I am glad that you offer gluten free items for people who cant eat gluten. The vegan picadillo bowl is too delicious it Makes plant based meat taste incredible. The best carrot cake. The tuna cado-tuna is the freshest tuna I have ever had in my life. The produce is always FRESH!
Most important, the rewards program is truly the best. I like that you reward your customers and give back to us. As you know everything is expensive these days, so it's nice to get treated every once in a while with a free perk. The only thing I miss, is your carrot soup. Maybe consider offering it as a special one day a week for the customers who love that soup so much? It's an option. Also, very clean location. I have never seen a crumb on the floor. The manager and the ladies that work there are all friendly and seem to really like working for you!! Best of luck always with this location, I know I will always be a carrot express fan for life!!!

First time here everything was perfect. I loved my cappuccino. I ordered the pistachio. My mom ordered the Nutella one. It was so good even the sweet plantain appetizer was delicious.
