The server was very helpful. He informed me that the only thing he could safely recommend for gluten free was the vegetable chopped suey. Everything else is marinated in soy sauce and vinegar. But, I went ahead and chanced it and ate some of the pork with the rice. It was all very good. Even took home some of their house vinegar they sell in the market.
