Disaster. They're removing the "Nutrition" section of the store where they keep the gluten and dairy free items along with alternative milks etc. The risk of cross contamination just soared through the roof and since there are several sections where things "could" go, now we don't know where any of them DO go, including the employees. Best sandwiches in Spokane area, hands down. Love Reubens and deli-type gourmet sandwiches? Come here. They even have gluten-free bread!!! And they toast parmesan onto the outside of the bread on many of the sandwiches, oh my goodness it is divine!

I ordered a Chicken salad from the food truck. It was AMAZING! To start, it was huge, the container was completely full. All the ingredients were so fresh, and so delicious! The dressing I could drink! The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. Easily at least 2 lunches. Plus being gluten free, it's hard to find places this good and GF! Will definitely be going back! We just had a delicious and nutritious breakfast. I had a garden omelette minus the cheese, with hash browns and a little bowl of fruit. The staff was great about my particularities: no gluten and no dairy for me. That's how a restaurant should be. So, while there is a plethora of crepes and pancakes that were very tempting and no GF indicators on the menu, our waiter suggested the perfect breakfast for me.
