I ordered a poke bowl: generally the quality of food is good, with gluten free soy sauce (one in a million place in Samui with knowledge about gluten free food) but the rice is too separated (I would have preferred the use of thai rice or sticky rice). Banana shake a little bit too sweet.

Food was bland and way overpriced. The gluten free pizza was disappointing for a restaurant with a designated gf menu. No crust and way too crispy. Squid pasta tasted like nothing. The ingredients are not of best quality. Service was nice. Go somewhere else though.

Great food, not a fan of vegan in general, but needed something different. The food was really tasty and loved everything we ordered. The Norish bowl and shaksaka gf bread. The bread was the really nice seeds and nuts bread. 😋

nice restaurant with a chill atmosphere and so many vegan and vegetarian meals, also gluten-free. the pancakes for breakfast were very good and the server was really nice. however, it can take a bit more time when there are many guests, because the server was alone, but it was still very acceptable!!

The most delicious food on the island. clean and tidy. A quick turnover of people and a European atmosphere. We had a very tasty, very central and good prices in relation to the place. There is a complete gluten-free menu and awareness for celiacs. We received a 10% discount on the next visit.

I ordered a burger. Unfortunately they didn't have gluten free buns anymore so I got a gluten free wrap instead. The burger was nice. It's great that you get salt, pepper and everything at the table in nice containers and complimentary water with cucumber. That's really a plus! I had a table near the toilet and saw the chef lady enter and leave the toilet with a rubber glove on and without washing her hands she went back to the kitchen. That's a minus...

very very good vegan and gluten-free food! After 2 weeks of local food, we were longing for something exactly like this. They exceeded our expectations. We have eaten & ordered here several times. Bowls, salads, smoothies (especially Popeye) are simply delicious and super tolerable.

This is a great spot! The food is fresh, delicious and healthy and the staff are super warm and welcoming. Loads of options available including lots of gluten free sweet treats, and it has a lovely and calm atmosphere as well! Would highly recommend!

The food is nice and the prices are decent. However, I’ve been twice here and both times the stuff we’re talking in a very intense way, that felt quite stressful but the peak point was when they asked me to pay for the black paper that has fallen down from my table. The tables are small and not always have enough space. Never been to a place where I will be asked for such a thing. And after I asked them to remove the rest of the set as I don’t want to pay for it if it fells down I was lectured how all restaurants have these salt and pepper sets. Nice that there is Gluten and Diary free pancakes option

I am so glad that I found this place😍. I have celiac (gluten intolerance) and after 2 months of traveling in Thailand I finally found a restaurant where I can eat safely.😍 The owner is really kind and helpful, she even let the kitchen know to be extra careful, clean everything etc to avoid cross contamination (since I can get really sick even from traces of gluten)! I came here every day and literally tried out the whole thai menu haha! My fave is Massaman and Panang curry, but I also tried the cashew chicken, the papaya salad and the pad thai ofc. The food is fresh and delicious!😍 I can highly recommend this place to anyone! I am SO glad I came across this place. The menu is amazing and so many choices for people with dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan etc). The cafe is so cosy you could sit there all day! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing - I got the gluten free pesto pasta and carrot cake which were both the best I’ve had! Will be coming back for sure!!

This restaurant was truly something special. The menu is incredibly creative, with many gluten-free options and dishes that go well beyond the ordinary. Everything we tried was imaginative, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive and the view of the beach added even more to the experience. Dining with the sound of the waves in the background was just perfect. One standout dish was the mushroom wrap – it completely blew me away. If you're curious about what vegan cuisine can really do when it's done with care and creativity, this is the place to try it! All in all, a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy something a little different, in a beautiful setting. The quality here does come at a price – it's above the average for Thailand – but absolutely worth it. If I ever return to Koh Phangan, I’ll definitely come back to this place.

Lovely German cafe that caters to everyone, including gluten free and vegan. They are well set up for kids with a mini cafe in the corner - it will keep your little ones well entertained while you enjoy a pretzel or currywurst. Staff are lovely and everything we tried was delicious. Notable mentions go to the hot peppermint tea, Malou Oolong Lychee iced tea and Russian Honey Cake.

It's not that simple to find Gluten free Pizza in Koh Phangan, and this one was perfect!! So glad I had the chance to eat there, a nice place to sit, the staff is great and the gluten-free pizza is excellent

Nice, decently cheap food. They have a whole separate gluten free menu (tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas, chilaquiles…). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about allergens. We ate there two days in a row!

Nice Italian restaurant, we chose to dine here attracted by the desire to not eat Thai after more than a week in Thailand. In addition, among the comments there was also a praise for gluten-free. When I asked the waitress what I could eat as a celiac she replied that they had bread and pizza, the latter was cooked in the same oven as the gluten-free pizzas so to avoid contamination I chose a Greek salad asking for bread, I was told that they did not have gluten-free bread! My husband had a plate of spaghetti with clams, quite good! Overall, a well-kept restaurant and friendly staff

Meant to write this review a while back! Dow was my favourite restaurant when I visited Phi Phi, lovely owners who were very reassuring and cooked for me as I am a coeliac and find it difficult finding gluten free spots! Took my friends back here and they gave us games to play and fed us our fave spring rolls of the trip! Definitely recommend eating here!

We had a delicious appetizer, a vegan and gluten-free wrap and a salmon sandwich. Everything was very good, the mango sala that accompanied my wrap was simply delicious! Absolute ripoff. Look at the picture. For 300 baht you get a half pound of quinoa and and very very few veggies!!??!! What a joke. Who runs this place? The only people who eat here are traveling vegetarians Farang who don’t know any better. We live in Bangkok and the owner should be ashamed of this. There are several vegetarian restaurants in town that are far superior to this place. Go check out Kuhn churn in white, nourish bowl( which also heavily caters to gluten free people which this place does not). No local eats or orders here unless they are an extremely wealthy person because of being married to an expat. This is the 3rd time we’ve given them a chance and I’d never order from this place again.

Unhelpful with dietary restrictions. Old menus show gluten free options but not on the new one. I enquired into the ingredients of the granola but they refused to check. I then asked if I could replace the granola with something else gluten free and they again, refused. There’s no interest in accommodating for me. Poor service sadly.

Not to be dramatic but this is one of the nicest meals I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Me and my friends ordered around 7 dishes between us and every single one was 10/10. If you are in Koh Phangan you HAVE to come here!! I am coeliac and need to eat gluten free and there were so many amazing options for me. The staff were so kind and very understanding of my allergy. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
