I love this place! Exceptional gluten free pizza. I love that the gluten free pizza isn’t too small. It’s a good size to share or greedily eat yourself as well. The have a gluten free Injera option. I think it is called “black” when served gluten-free. Based on the servers explanation, this seems to be the preferred method as it tears easier.
I have never had Ethiopian food. I was really really impressed with the flavors. This restaurant has set the bar high. I would definitely come again if I am in the area!

The New Haven location is one of my favorite spots to go for breakfast, lunch, or anything in between. Andrew is extremely kind and helpful, making the entire experience a delight. I am constantly thinking I have found my favorite thing on the menu and then I try something new, and the cycle starts all over!
I am also celiac and they have a great selection of gluten free options. I couldn't recommend Life Bowls enough.
