We came here for a sandwich because I had read on the reviews that they offer gluten free options. The food is really good and I didn't get sick after eating it so if you are looking for gluten free food because of an allergy, that's a nice place. We were there on a Sunday morning, so there were almost nobody in the streets and they served us quite quickly. However, we attempted to have lunch in two more occasions in other restaurants of this very same chain in weekdays (near Central Park and near Times Square) and the second time we had to leave, because they weren't taking any orders, since they were receiving plenty or online orders. The third time we could make our order but it took us 40 minutes to get our food (a sandwich and a juice). The place was full of people but again, they receive so many online orders it takes much more time than expected.

Download the app and you can receive tasty little goodies after a few visits. Online pick up is available and the boys & girls are extremely quick in everything they do. Was here for the first time and first ordered at the checkout then online and both were ready after 6 minutes even though new orders were constantly coming and people were picking up
