Bellagreen is an absolute gem, especially if you have dietary restrictions. As someone with celiac, EoE, and MCAS, eating out can feel like a gamble—but Bellagreen makes it so much easier. Their gluten-free menu is extensive, clearly labeled, and the staff is always patient and knowledgeable about allergens. The food is fresh, flavorful, and never feels like a compromise. I’m a big fan of their gluten-free pastas and bowls—the ingredients taste high quality, the portions are generous, and I leave feeling good every time. It’s rare to find a place that balances flavor, health-conscious options, and safety this well. Whether you’re managing food sensitivities or just want a nourishing meal in a beautiful setting, Bellagreen always delivers. As someone with celiac disease, finding safe and delicious gluten-free options can be a challenge, but Pondicheri absolutely delivers! Their menu has so many naturally gluten-free dishes, and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. It’s such a relief to enjoy incredible Indian-inspired food without worrying about cross-contamination. Everything I’ve tried has been packed with flavor, fresh, and so thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is also warm and inviting, making it a great spot for anything from a casual lunch to a special night out. If you’re gluten-free (or just love amazing food), this place is a must-visit! Best place to drop in and pickup an easy lunch, a quick smoothie, and the best gluten free desserts in Houston. Also the most delicious holiday catering menu, recommend all their sides and they come in a Pyrex- so cute!

Got the Tibs and Zilzil Tibs both of which were great. Tibs was a curry with beef cubes. You can choose the level of spice that you'd like, i.e., none, medium or high. The Zilzilb Tibs was stir fried beef strips and was very flavorful! The staff were friendly, very knowledgeable on the menu and very clear on which dishes were dairy-free and gluten-free. Gluten-free injera bread is also available at an additional cost. Tried the dairy-free beef dishes this time, but will be back in the future to try the lamb dishes as well. First Ethiopian place I've tried in Houston and this place definitely met my expectations for the cuisine! Pricing was definitely more on the higher side, but the quantity is more than sufficient for a meal or two. All chicken/meat items on the menu are halal, as confirmed by the staff. Great to know, even though they don't openly advertise this! Vegetarian portion of the menu is available, that is completely dairy-free. Restaurant parking was limited but after business hours street parking and parking in the lot across the street is available.
