This is one of the only places I can get pizza because of my celiac disease and this place is very accommodating. The pizza crust is sometimes under cooked but that type of crust is difficult to cook so I completely understand. Overall it’s great and I go there a lot

So many gluten-free options it's hard to decide what to get. But, it's all good so don't worry! The crab poppers were so good as well as the goat cheese and pepper jelly. Great spot for a lunch on the way to the airport.

Best coffee shop in Pensacola! Not only is the coffee some of the best around, the atmosphere is absolutely awesome and so inviting. It’s rare to find a Pensacola coffee shop that has BOTH of those qualities. I get a “come as you are” vibe from the atmosphere which is something I really value, I don’t feel intimated or as if everyone looks up at you when you walk in. Amazing! And on another note… the gluten free food is out of this world. Having been on a gluten free diet for 4+ years, It truly is a treat to come here on the regular as I can pick anything I want off of the menu without restriction. So glad Pensacola finally has a local coffee shop that offers excellence in every area.

We had the duck fries, crispy duck, Brie bacon artichoke dip, and street baby corn-all were delicious!! We are gluten free and it was so nice to have a crispy duck that was gluten free but also tasted great. The artichoke dip comes with house fried rice paper as a substitute for bread. Atmosphere is cozy and they have great happy hour specials. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. Will be coming back again! Thanks Brianna and mandy!

I went to Cactus Flower with my family this week and was very nervous eating at a new spot with a food allergy. However, I discussed with our waitress, Evelyn, that I had Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy and she reassured me of menu items I could order safely without the risk of cross contamination. I ordered the steak carne asada burrito bowl with some modifications and it was 10/10. Also, the chips and salsa were delicious! I was so excited to have found a new restaurant that I can safely eat at without getting sick. Evelyn was so wonderful and even told me she'd make sure the chefs knew to change their gloves and how serious my allergies were. We will definitely be back and will definitely request her as our waitress again! Thank you, Evelyn, for taking such great care of our party of 10!!! :)
