Responsibilities
• Own the client engagement process from introduction calls, demos and POCs through to closing
• Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the Atly solution
• Manage the Atly Accelerator to onboard new customers, provide technical support to customers and training on the product
• Be the main point-of-contact for the relationship with our customers.
• Communicate customer feedback, including the challenges and desired outcomes of our customers with the product team
Requirements
• 1+ years experience working in customer success, marketing, or sales at a technology company.
• Proven experience in a closing role
• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects
• Technical inclination and ability to learn new software programs
• Native English with excellent communication and presentation skills both orally and in writing
• A passion for overcoming challenges and a problem-solving attitude
