  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan
  • Prepare materials for board meetings and provide regular updates on the company's performance against key metrics and milestones.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and driving progress toward achieving company goals
  • Play a key role in the company's fundraising efforts, including preparing financial projections, developing investor materials, and working closely with the CEO and other leaders to ensure successful completion of the next funding round.
  • Drive operational excellence across the company, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Lead board strategy and material preparation including strategic updates, financial analyses, and operational updates
  • Act as a key member of the executive team, providing strategic guidance and support to the CEO and other senior leaders



  • Proven experience in operations, preferably at a growth-stage startup company
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving growth targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving results on time and on budget
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the company's culture and values
