Life saver for those with thyroid problems, celiac disease.. they have amazing flavors. But for those who are not sick, each product is so delicious.. Almond cookies are my favorite, date balls filled with peanut butter, corn flour cake... I couldn't try the sandwiches because they were huge :) I hope we see the day you open a store in Izmir too. Ära cafe.

I have also experienced a place where celiac patients can easily come and eat, which I believe is very successful, everything is very good.

I think it is a blessing for Gluten-Free Istanbul. Even for Turkey, because they deliver everywhere by cargo. I live in Izmir, the products I order reach me fast, clean and neat. It wouldn't be wrong to say that all their products are amazing. My favorites are focaccia with dried tomatoes, basil and olives (as delicious as the gluten-free ones in Italy), buckwheat bread with walnuts, cookies and peach cake. And the most important part is that it is a gluten-free area. It is a great place for both those who are sensitive and especially for celiac patients. It is also admirable that they can make so many varieties made without gluten with a wonderful consistency and taste. Thank you very much.
