Since the management changed, the business is trying to innovate and that is certainly welcome - whether it is food for celiacs or special shawarma dishes. However, the service experience was disappointing. The first time I came, the credit card payment didn't go through even though all the cards were working fine at a nearby business at the time. Even when I offered to pay in Bit or Paybox to ease the situation, I received a cold attitude and no real desire to help. The second time, the business owner's wife refused to accept a NIS 200 bill claiming that "their accountant recommended against it" following discussions in the media about future cancellation of the bill. This was completely strange and I have never encountered such an attitude anywhere else. During the previous management there were never such problems, and the atmosphere was much more pleasant and inviting. It's a shame, because there is good potential, but this behavior alienates customers.

Simple and wow.... the place is clean, the service is courteous, delicious, there are even complete dishes here for celiacs, all the salads are fresh, in short, perfect
