Days later, I’m still thinking about these waffles. Absolutely amazing! My daughter is gluten sensitive so that’s why we visited Aiwi and even those of us not intolerant were in love with the mochi waffles. Taste, texture, presentation were all 10/10.

I love this little booth at the farmer’s market! The texture and flavor of the mochi waffles are perfect. Not too chewy, not too flat, just right!! I love their mac nut and banana topping which is beautifully presented with an edible flower! My dad loves the sourdough waffle with fresh berries. They have a vegan/gf which we have not tried. I really appreciate how friendly and conscientious the staff is. They all take care and exude aloha!!
