The waiter was very friendly, a perfect score. The atmosphere was quite quiet, though the chair made a loud noise when it moved slightly against the floor. For two adults and two children (ages 3 and 5), the bill was 92, which was a reasonable price. The barbecue seasoning was fragrant, with a strong cumin flavor. The chili wasn't very spicy, but the mild option was quite mild. If you like it spicy, you can increase the spice. The only drawback was that the seasoning was a bit salty, especially the gizzards. You absolutely have to have a drink or something else to eat with them. It was too salty to eat on its own, and I finished a whole pot of water, which I usually never empty during meals. The biggest downside was that the skewers were cold. They were only lukewarm when they arrived, but they were completely cold within a few minutes. The charcoal in the grill was off, completely warm, and didn't retain heat. It was too greasy to eat, so I packed it up. I ordered the lamb skewers, which everyone in the comments praised as delicious, but I was disappointed. They lacked the aroma of lamb fat roasting, and the meat was rather lean. Plus, it was cold, making it a bit tough to chew. The best dish was the roasted ginkgo nuts, followed by the roasted gluten, and then the chicken gizzards (they would have been perfect if they weren't so salty). The special fried instant noodles were a great deal; my son loved them, though they were a bit oily towards the end. The service was excellent. Knowing I had children, they specifically reminded me that I could order chili separately. I requested some spicy and some non-spicy, and they did as I asked.
