Billy has an amazing establishment here! He took the time to explain the concept and food offerings. You can customize almost everything on the menu to adjust for gluten/dairy allergies. Food was served in a timely manner with an excellent presentation. The temperature was just right and the flavors and portion size were spot on. I highly recommend the berry salad, the zza’ falo and the meat’zza pizzas! The restaurant is very clean. A++++ (Please open a Zza in McKinney!)
