I ate here for Lunch and ordered the Salmon. The cookery on the salmon was perfect for my tastes - medium, extremely well seasoned, and the skin was crispy. Attention to detail in the kitchen stood out. After a twelve hour workday (traveling for work) I returned for dinner as it was located 30 seconds from my hotel. Dinner was equally good, with a strong showing from their Carpaccio and beet starter dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the sheer quality of the cookery. I have a severe gluten allergy and their menu was accommodating.

Nice atmosphere, lot of plants - even fresh flowers on the table, friendly and knowledgeable staff, outdoor seating and dogs allowed. There is also a market to by some of their local goods they farm/grow in the restaurant. Off the strip so quieter... But like no gluten free options - not even bread or pasta! A salad is $16 and to add chicken is $10! Main dishes average to pricey, starters/small plates really pricey (i.e. salad) , drinks average price but tasty. Duck confit and ceasar salad was very tasty though.
