I've been here a few times now and the food has been consistently good for the most part. In my most recent visit, I had come to the restaurant in hopes of getting my nachos and my coworker has ordered a gluten free burger. However, it took them an hour to service us and as a result our supervisor was wondering what took us so long and we lost the opportunity to enjoy break. The reason that it took so long for the restaurant to serve us was because there was lunch rush on Memorial Day weekend (Friday specifically) and school districts in the nearby area gave students a snow giveback day which ended up creating an influx of customers that the mall as a whole didn't account for.
So, I ended up going back later on because at the time the young lady who served us said sorry for the service, but she was also running around to make sure all customers were satisfied. I really appreciated the way the manager and assistant manager handled our concerns about the service. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and truly understanding of the situation we encountered earlier. Their decision to offer us a discount made a big difference, and it showed how much they value their customers, even on a busy day.
I also wanted to recommend that if anyone isn’t satisfied with their food or service, it's always a good idea to speak with the staff kindly. They are doing their best under challenging circumstances, and a little understanding goes a long way.
If you’re planning a gathering with a party of 10 or more, this place is perfect! Just remember to give them a 24-hour notice so they can make the appropriate arrangements.
Looking forward to coming here in the future!
