If I could give zero stars I would. Called around 7:30 today to ask a question about your inclusive gluten free menu. The girl (or child) sounded like she wasn’t having a good day (no big deal, I get it, your in middle school and hate your job). I asked her my question and this girl had the audacity to LAUGH in my face and hang up the phone. I don’t care how long you’ve worked in the industry, or how familiar you are with your own menu, but HOW DARE you laugh and judge someone for a simple question. She sounded completely uneducated, and should have called over a manager if she was unsure. Will be sure not to come back and will pass the message along to my colleagues and staff.
