12 Bones Brewing

Told the staff that we needed gluten free. Once getting our order, there was bread on top of our sides so we obviously had to send it back. After getting our food for the second time it was all cold. The food tasted good except it was cold. It was very average. For looking at the front, it seems like the foh was too busy on their phones to communicate the order was gluten free. She also had an attitude towards me when telling her that the first order was wrong. The only people who had a good attitude about being there was Ven and Carlos who were very polite and were working hard.

We placed a large (~30 people) order from 12 Bones for the rehearsal dinner of my husband & I’s wedding. We had a dietary restriction to be mindful of as several guests were gluten free. 12 Bones was able to accommodate this need, and the food was excellent. Crowd favorites were the mac n’ cheese, cornbread, potato salad, and of course the pork! This was our first time ordering from 12 Bones, and the proximity to Lake Lure (where the dinner was) definitely played a role in choosing to order from the Arden location. I am very glad that we did, and would highly recommend them for a large event/group.
