13 Bones Restaurant

We had a group of 9 people.. Only one in our group was able to enjoy their meal. The beef tips, hamburger steak, was not cooked as requested.. it was very dry.. The one lady that ordered medium rare was given well done, very dry per her wording, One in our party ordered the loaded baked potato. For the bacon he was given a small container of bacon pieces that were cold like just taken out of the fridge cold. They weren't even served on the potato. He stated it looked uncooked.. the waitress laughed and said " I can assure you it's cooked." To the credit of the waitress, she removed the uneaten item off the bill. The order of hush puppies consisted of 3 small hush puppies. The Cole slaw and green beans were good. Our waitress really seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with a group. We were made to feel like an inconvenience. You have 9 people that definitely would not recommend this restaurant due not only to the service we received but the poor quality of foods served as well. We were pleased to find gluten free options on the menu, but again, poorly prepared

The service was quick but unfortunately the food was bland, particularly the chips. Wasn’t aware they served alcohol because we were never given a drink menu. The waitress seemed confused when I ordered gluten free, which is posted on the menu, guess not!
