144. Restaurante

Two of us went for dinner, my partner being gluten intolerant, and we were delighted. It's a small place with a great atmosphere, tastefully decorated. The food was exquisite; it's not your typical restaurant, but I left more than satisfied. I don't know what sauces they use for each dish, but they seemed like they were made by Jesus Christ himself. The asparagus was a delicacy, as were the two appetizers they served us. Even the fish, which I don't usually like, was absolutely delicious. I must reiterate that all the sauces were fantastic. Between the two of us, it came to about €150. Highly, highly recommended.

An incredible and totally unexpected experience, and I was so happy they were able to adapt all the dishes to my gluten intolerance! Each dish has specific and different flavors, with an intensity that, honestly, blew me away. The presentation is beautiful, and you can see the level of detail and attention they put into the kitchen. The addition of cocktail pairings with the dishes is mind-blowing; I never imagined that a drink with so many nuances could go so well with the multiple flavors of a dish. I especially liked the Central Park cocktail, and the shot that came with the dessert was the icing on the cake—very, very surprising. The service was fantastic; they explained each dish and each cocktail point by point, also answering every question we had. We went a little over the average price because, since we were going to have this experience, we thought it was worth trying as much as possible, and it was definitely worth it. Don't forget to order the braised pork cheeks and green beans, although if you go there you can't go wrong with anything 😊 Congratulations on the project, we'll definitely be back!
