Before returning to Pisa we decided to stop for dinner at this very special place that makes you live in the 50s, from the decorations to the waiters' uniforms and everything that surrounds it. Even though I am celiac I had no problem ordering my sandwich with gluten-free bread. Everything was very good, we had a great time.

I was in Florence a few days ago and I found this place almost by chance, the restaurant looks like a perfect copy of a 1950s diner, the music creates a beautiful atmosphere and the waiters are super helpful, smiling and fast. The food is very good and despite being vegetarian I found a very good veg burger and many things on the menu. The waiters also ask you at the beginning of the meal whether you want the normal menu or the gluten free one which makes me think that there is a wide gluten free choice. Finally, an extra point for the small games room in the basement, really cute. Very recommended!!
