This is my first time to Atlanta, and I have eaten Thai food in over 30 states. I’ve also worked in multiple Thai and Vietnamese restaurants in my life. The five hour braised short rib is bar none the BEST Thai dish I have ever had. Evan was amazing- best waiter I have had. He was well informed on gluten free dishes and allergies. If I come back this is my first stop in Atlanta. Compliments to the chef! Thank you for this amazing dish.
