All natural food here. No preservatives. Mediterranean cuisine. You get to choose how you want to mix your plates/bowls. You can go a la carte or get combinations already listed at a good price. I had the Honest Bowl with the lamb, rice and cabbage which honestly, was sooo good! No GMO's, no soy, no gluten!
